Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Apni Yatraa. By using our booking services, you agree to comply with the terms below.

1. Scope of Services

Apni Yatraa acts as a travel organizer and vehicle supplier. We facilitate travel bookings, hotel reservations, customized tour packages, outstation taxi hires, tempo traveller rentals, and bus coaches. All quotations provided are subject to availability at the time of final booking confirmation.

2. Payment & Booking Policy

  • Advance Payment: A minimum of 20% to 50% of the total package/rental value (as specified during invoice generation) is required as token advance to confirm your booking.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared as per the payment schedule, usually 50% upon journey commencement and the final balance before the final day of the trip.
  • Payment Modes: We accept payments via UPI, bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and payment links. All card payments are subject to a nominal transaction gateway charge.

3. Cab Rental Usage Regulations

  • Kilometer Calculation: Garage-to-garage distance is calculated based on the starting and ending odometer readings. Standard minimum daily run limits (e.g. 250 km/day) apply.
  • Permits, Tolls & Taxes: Outstation state entry taxes, road toll charges, parking permits, and driver allowance are typically included in quotes unless specified otherwise. Client is responsible for any additional parking fees.
  • A/C Usage on Slopes: For safety and engine load reasons, the vehicle air conditioner (A/C) will be switched off while navigating steep hill curves.

4. Client Obligations

Guests are required to carry a valid Government-issued ID (Passport, Aadhaar, Driving License, voter ID) for checking in to hotels and obtaining permits. Any damage caused to transport vehicles or hotel property by guests will be charged to the client directly.

5. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any delays, changes, or cancellations in itineraries caused by weather disruptions, landslides, road blocks, natural disasters, strikes, flight delays, government-imposed restrictions, or any other events outside our reasonable control.
