How to Request a Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be sent to us in writing via email to apniyatraaa@gmail.com or by directly messaging your assigned tour manager on WhatsApp at +91 918683808904 . Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
Tour Package Cancellation Slabs
In the event of a trip cancellation, the following flat-rate retention charges apply depending on the notice window before the travel date:

Cab Rental & Fleet Cancellation
- Cancellation 48+ Hours prior: Zero cancellation fee. Full token advance will be refunded or credited as an adjusted credit note for future bookings.
- Cancellation 24 to 48 Hours prior: 50% of token advance is retained, or a flat charge of ₹1,000 (whichever is higher).
- Cancellation Less than 24 Hours / No-Show: 100% of the token advance is forfeited.
Important Notes
* Specific bookings (such as flight tickets, helicopter passes for Kedarnath, premium heritage hotel reservations during peak season, or luxury trains) are strictly non-refundable and will be charged in full regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
